Mr. Ankur Sinha is an Advocate practising before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India and various High Courts across the country. Brought up in District Ramgarh, Jharkhand, he completed his schooling under the CBSE Board in Jharkhand. He holds a BBA in Finance (2011, distinction, first class) and an MBA in Finance (2012) from the University of Pune, an LL.B. (2017) and LL.M. (2019) from Bharati Vidyapeeth (Deemed to be University), Pune, and is also a qualified Company Secretary, having cleared the examination conducted by The Institute of Company Secretaries of India in 2017.
Mr. Sinha commenced his litigation career before the Hon’ble High Court of Bombay at Mumbai and later shifted his practice to Ranchi, Jharkhand, where he was empanelled as a Junior Counsel for the State of Jharkhand and appeared in a wide range of civil, criminal, taxation, service and writ matters before the Hon’ble High Court of Jharkhand. He thereafter moved to Delhi and began regular practice before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, as well as various High Courts in different States.
He currently operates offices in Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Lucknow, Raipur, Patna and Ranchi, and is empanelled as Legal Counsel for Northern Railway, in addition to advising and representing several private companies. His areas of practice include civil and criminal litigation, constitutional and writ matters, taxation, service law and corporate advisory.
